Thank you to all who made last year's Cook-Off a great success (despite all the bad weather). Look out for next year's event Columbus Day Weekend!

EmptyBowlOasis is proud to have been selected for 16 years to receive a share of the proceeds from the Empty Bowls Charity Dinner. Virginia Wesleyan in association with the Ceramic Designers Association, hosts the dinner. Empty Bowl is an annual event that draws the public to enjoy a simple soup dinner and receive a hand made bowl to remind them of the meal's real purpose, to help feed the hungry. VWC students make bowls to contribute and serve as volunteer hosts at the event. Proceeds from the event benefit the hungry in South Hampton Roads.
